Where do you ship?
Canada and the United States.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders usually ship within 3 days. When tracking is available, we email it to you after your order ships.
How much is shipping to Canada?
Standard shipping is $12 CAD, or free on orders of $75 CAD or more. Express shipping is $20 CAD.
How much is shipping to the US?
Standard shipping is based on the weight of your order and is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery is estimated at 5–11 business days after processing.
Returns
Can I return something?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags. Email everydayliftstore@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back and we'll send you instructions.
What can't be returned?
Personal care and beauty products, sale items and gift cards, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us right away with photos and your order number, and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.

Sizing
How do I pick a size?
Clothing pages list garment measurements in cm and inches where we have them. Compare them with a similar item you already own. Many of our styles run smaller than typical North American sizing, so if you're between sizes, go up one.
Still not sure?
Email us the item name and your usual size, and we'll send the measurements for that size.
Orders
Where is my order?
Enter the tracking number from your shipping email on our Track your package page.
Can I cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered fulfillment may not be cancelled.
