Returns and Refunds

 

Return window: You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Email rtunney0@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to use.

 

Eligibility: Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Personal care items (such as makeup brushes, sponges and grooming tools), sale items and gift cards are final sale.

 

Return postage: The customer pays return postage unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.

 

Damaged or wrong items: Contact us promptly with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Exchanges: Return the item for a refund, then place a new order for the size or colour you need.

 

Refunds: We'll email you once your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

 

Cancellations: Contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered fulfillment may not be cancelled.
